All of our production plant is new, CNC controlled with up to ten axis' per machine.

Capacity ranges from 1.25mm diameter to 65mm all machines fitted with automatic bar feeders. Square, Hexagon and special profiles are also used. Larger work (200mm) is performed on chucking machines.

Our machining centres' capacity is up to 500mm
x 500mm.

We machine a wide variety of materials including steels, stainless grades, carbon steels, brasses, bronzes, titanium, aluminium, coppers, plastics and other 'exotic' materials

Batch sizes are from 10 off to millions off.

We have added to our plant capacity with additional Gildemeister and Tornos machines. A new machine type is now utilised - Mori-Seiki turning centres with Iemca bar feeds - see News page.
