we are now assessed and registered to BS EN ISO 9001:2000, having been originally registered
in 1993 to BS5750. We are currently moving towards accreditation for TS16949

Latest Machines...
Two new Mori-Seiki turning centres are now installed and running and follow the instalation of a new production saw Our C.A.M software - EdgeCam upgraded to the latest version.

Our latest Muratech MT12 Turning centre with bespoke loader/unloader and robotic handling was also delivered. Pictures of delivery - click HERE

A new Muratec MT12 twin opposed spindle machining centre fitted with a automatic barfeeder has been delivered. Three new Gildemeister TWIN 42 Dual - Spindle Turning Centres are now installed along with new 32mm and 42mm Gildemiester Linear Twin Spindle Lathes.

Cleaning...
Cleaning ... An Ultrasonic cleaning plant now complements our automatic aqueous plant - supplied by Rosler U.K

Gauging...
To complement the Muratec machines, additional metrology equipment is now in place and includes two Mitutoyo Tallyrond (multifunction electronic gauge), Mahr electronic digital height gauges and a Federal air diameter gauge, fitted with a manifold for checking five separate, fixed diameters. All gauges are fitted to a specialised workstation and automatically pass data to an integrated computer running Lighthouse Systems SPC software. We also utilise a Co-Ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).

Recognition...
In the UK, we have a standard that recognises an organisation's commitment to staff development and training - it is known as Investors In People (IIP). We were given accreditation to this standard in March of 2001.

New materials...
We machine steels, brasses, stainless grades, plastics, inkonel, duplex, superduplex, hastealloy etc;. We also machine various copper grades including high conductivity, berrillium, and chrome zirconium used extensively in high voltage electrical switchgear.
