Our Tornos / Bechler machines with the addition of a 'live' fully independent sub spindle unit and up to 10 axis are our most versatile machines up to 32 mm capacity.

All are fitted with FMB automatic bar feeders.

Our Tornos machines enable cycle time improvements on some of our more complex components.

The off-line programming system generates real-time simulations to run on PC's away from the machine and the program makes the setting of wait points and constraints easy with it's Windows (TM ) Graphical User Interface.

DC13

The addition of a sixth drive powering up to 3 driven tools working on the main spindle (s1) enables simultaneous centering - and in some cases - drill / mill operations on the same spindle.

This feature has allowed us to make further cycle time improvements where we are able to take advantage.

DC25 & 32

The DC20/26 and DC25/32 are essentially a medium and large version of the same machine. Each have 10 axes with indexing to 0.01 deg and optional C Axis control on the two main spindles.
